Our deliverables may include:

Strategy support
All services are fulfilled behind the scenes and require minimal input after onboarding.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use our services and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. By engaging with Uplink Local, you confirm you meet these requirements.
Payment & Billing
Pricing is clearly outlined on our website and proposal documents.
All services are billed upfront on a monthly or multi-month basis.
3, 6, and 12-month plans come with discounted rates.
Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of services.
Cancellations & Refunds
Monthly plans may be canceled with at least 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
Multi-month plans are non-refundable and require commitment through the full term.
No refunds will be issued for delivered work or unused service time.
Client Responsibilities
All custom content and assets we create for you become your property upon full payment.
Internal systems, templates, or operational frameworks — including the M.A.P System — remain the intellectual property of Uplink Local.
Intellectual Property
If you’re accessing our site from outside the United States, your data may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries where our partners or servers are located.
Confidentiality

Service Disclaimer
